I got inspired from the following illustrations and photographs who got the same title probably inspired from the song performed by the British band The Hollies and covered by various artists and bands like the Osmonds

as well a bit from a older sketch I did [link] which itself was inspired from a fanart then Ultrasponge did [link]
Timmy founded Remy who was ruined and injured and decide to take him and help him. Todd, Maurecia, Jenny and Trixie saw them with Todd asking why and Timmy replied to Todd "He ain't heavy, he's my brother" with Jenny giving him a thumbs up and saying that the way to do "Brother Tim" (maybe it could be a possibility at how Jenny could refer Timmy as she refer Maurecia as "Sister Mo" and Dana as "Sister Dees" and Trixie as "Sister Trix" in some sketches I did ).
