I checked this old fanart stephdumas.deviantart.com/art/… itself inspired from this fanart made by of Madison from the Totally Spies episode "First brat" in a underwater perilous situation. I decided to do another one of the same kind, featuring Clover from Totally Spies and Penny Gadget from the 1983 Inspector Gadget cartoon in an underwater peril/aquatic peril tied, gagged and surrounded by sharks. Speaking of sharks, you might recognize Fang, the mutated shark from Total Drama who seem to have a big appetite.
