Kingpin and the Hood

I watched some fanarts of the Kingpin alias Wilson Fisk, one of the main foes of Spider-man and The Hood, the bad guy from the puppet animated series Thunderbirds from Gerry Anderson. I know they aren't related but they have some common points between them and it gived me the idea to see Kingpin and the Hood meeting each other and wondering if they had meet before because they looked familiar.
